In response to the fluctuations caused by Coronavirus, MBC has launched a new online project "Talk", which is an educational platform for online meetings, masterclasses and webinars.
The event is held with specific periodicity and aims the professional development of company's employees and teaching them new directions to improve so-called Soft skills.
"Today, during the pandemic caused by Covid-19, it is especially important to take care of employees. Sharing professional knowledge and other skills within the project will help us to improve our work methods and processes, elevate employee’s attitude and loyalty to the company, help them acquire new knowledge and professional skills, and adapt to new challenges. In this way, they are in constant communication with top managers of the company, get answers to all their questions and get involved with us in the process of overcoming challenges. We believe that we will overcome all challenges with teamwork, professionalism and constant development, "said Giorgi Ghvaladze, Chief Credit Officer of MBC.
It is noteworthy that since the day of large-scale spread of coronavirus, MBC has been carrying out regular and recommended measures of the World Health Organization in order to ensure its prevention and management.
Despite the crisis, the company was able to retain all employees, with the original pay. It also complied with the requests of all the customers who applied to the company for a 3-month grace period.
