According to the decision of the company's management, any employee on the day of vaccination can enjoy additional paid leave. Also, there is a cash bonus for one-time and fully vaccinated employees.
In addition, the organization has prepared special masks for employees - with the inscription #vaccineprotectsus.
"MBC, as a company with high social responsibility, is well aware of its share of responsibility in fighting against the pandemic. Given the dire epidemiological situation created, it is now especially important to take care of each other, and the safety and wellbeing of the surrounding community.
That is why we try to support the employees as much as possible and give them additional motivation to get involved in the vaccination process. "Hopefully, our efforts will bear fruit and we will soon be able to return to the usual rhythm of life," - said Gia Petriashvili, General Director of MBC.
According to Gia Petriashvili, in addition to additional paid leave and one-time cash bonus, there is a two-month competition in MBC, which provides for competition between employees of various departments or service centers. All groups that will manage and will have at least 80% of the members vaccinated, will receive a cash reward from the company.
In addition, in September, employees of MBC who have been vaccinated twice will also have the opportunity to win gift vouchers. The winners will be selected randomly.
