The SPM (Social Performance Management) study of currently operating microfinance companies organized by Microfinance Centre (MFC) was conducted tor the first time in the Caucasian and Central Asian region. 26 organizations from 7 countries took part in the study - among them MBC as one of the leading Georgian microfinance companies.
The purpose of the study was to introduce the social responsibility strategy of organizations operating in the Caucasian and Central Asian region - to learn about their main purposes, target audience, lending policy, achievements and challenges.
The study also includes data about the rights of people employed in microfinance organizations, their labor rights, gender statistics and other interesting issues.
