MBC has officially joined the initiative of women's economic empowerment. As a result, the company commits itself to introduce the "Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs) consisting of 7 main rules.
"7 Steps to Expand Women's Rights" is a guide developed by the UN Women's Organization and UN Global Agreement for private businesses. The main purpose of the initiative is to ensure sustainable changes and create a favourable environment for women's economic empowerment.
Member companies of this initiative work actively to change and promote the women's role in the workplace and wider society. Thousands of member companies have one purpose - more women in business, more women in top executive roles.
