MBC participated in "Global Money Week". The event was held under the initiative of the National Bank of Georgia.
The Global Money Week was celebrated in Georgia for the sixth time. Its main goal is to raise financial, economic and entrepreneurial awareness among children and young people. The main message of the 2019 week: "Study, Save, Earn!"
As part of "Financial Adviser" project, MBC visited the Bershueti Public School located near the occupation line and held a 5-day educational event on financial literacy.
The topic of the training was: what is money, how to manage it reasonably, how to control incomes and expenses, why savings are needed, what methods of savings exist, why it is important to be financially literate.
The seminar was of an interactive nature covering several areas:
2 winners were selected in the painting contest: Ana Berianidze and Ana Tsiklauri.
3 winners were nominated in other activities: Tornike Zautashvili, Valeri Tsiklauri and Ana Tsiklauri.
The winners received gifts from MBC... Tornike Zautashvili, Valeri Tsiklauri and Ana Tsiklauri visited MBC head office for one day and studied the specifics of the company's business on site.
